1. Who We Are

1800DearGod.com is operated by a Washington state limited liability company. Grace is an AI-powered faith-based companion designed to offer spiritual encouragement, prayer, and a listening presence. Grace is not a licensed counselor, therapist, psychologist, or crisis service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this service. By using Grace, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly collect information from or provide services to anyone under 18.

3. What Grace Is — and Is Not

Grace is a faith-based AI companion. She is not a substitute for professional mental health care, medical advice, crisis intervention, or pastoral counseling.

• Grace does not provide therapy, diagnosis, or medical advice.
• Grace is not a licensed crisis counselor.
• Grace is not a human being.
• If you are in crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988.

Grace may offer prayer, scripture, and spiritual encouragement. These are offered in the spirit of faith-based companionship, not professional religious guidance.

4. Account & Subscription

Grace offers the following service tiers:

• Free — limited access, no credit card required
• Standard — $9.99/month
• Premium — $24.99/month

Paid plans begin with a free trial period. At the end of the trial, your plan will automatically convert to the paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at support@1800deargod.com.

All billing is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment information.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time within a billing period. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 30 days and we will review your case.

6. Your Conversations

Conversations with Grace are stored to provide continuity of care and improve your experience. We treat your conversations with discretion. We do not sell your conversation data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is stored and used.

You may request deletion of your conversation history at any time by contacting us at support@1800deargod.com.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Grace to:

• Attempt to circumvent or manipulate Grace's safety protocols
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Submit false information or impersonate another person
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Reproduce or distribute Grace's responses for commercial purposes without written permission

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, voice architecture, training materials, and brand elements of 1800DearGod.com and Grace are the property of their respective owners and protected under applicable intellectual property law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Grace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular outcome will result from its use. Faith-based companionship is offered in good faith — not as a guarantee of any spiritual, emotional, or medical result.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington state law, 1800DearGod.com and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Grace, including but not limited to emotional distress, reliance on AI-generated content, or service interruption.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Washington state.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of Grace after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
